By accessing or using VocalDock ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
VocalDock provides AI-powered audio processing tools — including vocal separation (separating vocals from the instrumental track) and BPM / musical key detection. Users can upload audio or video files, process them, and use the results for personal, educational, or commercial purposes within the limits of these Terms.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must have the legal right to use any files you upload, including audio and video files.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable copyright laws in your jurisdiction.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to distribute copyrighted material.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the Service.
- You acknowledge that VocalDock is a processing tool and does not verify the copyright status of uploaded content.
4. User Accounts
- You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Payments and Credits
- New users receive free credits upon registration.
- All users can claim free daily credits.
- Additional credits can be purchased as one-time packages (no subscription required).
- Credits are consumed based on processing time. Purchased credits have an expiration period as stated at the time of purchase.
- If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at [email protected].
6. Content and Intellectual Property
- You retain all rights to the files you upload.
- VocalDock does not claim ownership of your content.
- Uploaded files and processed results are stored on your behalf. We may delete content upon receiving a valid legal request (see our Copyright & DMCA Policy).
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Content Removal
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice or other legal request, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the identified content
- Notify the affected user when appropriate
- Terminate accounts of repeat infringers
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VocalDock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of processed results.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
