What is an AI guitar isolator?
AI guitar isolator pulls the guitar tracks — rhythm and lead, electric and acoustic — out of a finished mix and returns a clean guitar-only MP3. The hardest part of transcribing a guitar part is hearing it through the rest of the band; solo it and every note is clear.
Transcribe tabs and solos
Hearing the guitar alone reveals exact bends, slides, and harmonics that hide inside a full mix. Pair this with a slowdown tool for note-perfect tabs.
Learn signature riffs
Loop a solo at full speed without competing instruments, then play along. Great for studying tone, phrasing, and vibrato of your favorite guitarists.
Sample and reuse riffs in remixes
Pull a clean rhythm guitar part and layer it under a new track. Combined with our drum and bass isolators, you can rebuild a song around an original riff.
A/B your own playing against the record
Solo the original guitar to compare your tone, timing, and articulation note by note. Faster than YouTube cover videos — and free of compression artifacts.
Guitar isolator FAQ
Does this isolate acoustic guitar too?
Yes — the AI model handles both electric and acoustic guitar. Pop, rock, country, folk, and singer-songwriter tracks all work well. Heavily processed effects (massive reverb, octave doublers) may leak slightly into the 'other' instruments stem.
Will I get rhythm and lead guitar separately?
No — both go into the same guitar stem. The AI doesn't distinguish rhythm vs lead within one song. For most transcription use cases this is fine; you can hear them mixed but isolated from drums, bass, and vocals.
How is this different from your stem splitter?
Same model. Stem splitter returns all 6 tracks (vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano, other); guitar isolator focuses on delivering one clean guitar MP3 fast.
How long does it take?
About 50 seconds for a 3-4 minute song on our GPU. The result stays available for 7 days — bookmark it or come back.
